Charlene Best has been a certified CCAR facilitator since 2018. She was fundamental in the peer development of UCHealth’s Peers in the Emergency Department Program, Springs Recovery Connections’ Telephone Recovery Support Program and Justice Involved Peer Support Program and now offers CCAR Peer Recovery Coach Training with Hazelbrook Peer Recovery Coach Academy.
