Our Mission

Our Mission is to fight addiction and support re-entry through community connection, recovery housing, and peer support.

Transitional Safety Zone

TSZ is a revolutionary program designed to support people in taking the first step to break the cycle of addiction - getting clean.

Peer Support Services

All program participants have access to a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist to work with them on any recovery needs they have.

Hazelbrook Community Recovery Center was founded and is run by a group of individuals that are currently heavily immersed in the Colorado recovery movement, located in the Greater Denver Metro Area, Colorado Springs, and Pueblo, Colorado.

Hazelbrook Community is a one-of-a-kind non-profit Colorado Recovery Community Center. We have a fully equipped gym with boxing ring, weights, peer support coaching, and life skills courses such as art, music, finance and more.

Our vision is to create an environment where youth and adults struggling with addiction can come and have fun, build community, get trusted peer and professional support, and work on the skills they need to succeed in an engaging space.

We offer boxing classes taught 6 days a week.

Fit Recovery is designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

All musical instruments or supplies are provided.
